Cotu boss Francis Atwoli has called on the DCI to immediately arrest the Deputy President William Ruto over the death of a police officer attached to his Harambee Annex office.
Sergeant Kipyegon Kenei who was part of security manning Harambee Anex was found dead in his house in Imara Daima estate.
Terming Harambee Annex a crime scene, Atwoli now wants Ruto arrested over the death of the police officer.
Atwoli spoke during a Narok BBI rally on Saturday.
The death of sergeant Kenei has sparked outrage with members of the public calling for expeditious investiagtion.
Detectives have since reconstructed the scene of crime as they seek to unravel the mysterious murder that has been linked to the Echesa Scam.
Sergeant Kenei was set to be questioned by the DCI to shed light into the circumstances that ex-CS Rashid Echesa and two foreigners accessed Harambee Annex.
Kenei was on duty on the fateful day Echesa visited DP’s office and his killers must have been aware of crucial information he had that might have incriminated them.
Atwoli threatened to mobilize 4 million workers he allegedly leads to arrest DP William Ruto if police are not going to arrest him.
Atwoli is a fierce critic of DP William Ruto and has often insisted William Ruto will not be on the ballot in 2022.
